Weather forecast for Philadelphia Monday April 26th, 1999 Mostly Sunny Low: 43�F / 6�C High: 75�F / 24�C *************** Swimming West Chester University West Chester University's Golden Rams Men and Women ( click here) won the West Chester Invitational on Saturday 22nd, and Sunday 23rd January.The Golden Rams defeated Clarion University (22 consecutive years PSAC Champions), Shippensburg University, and University at Binghamton *************** Swimming West Chester University The Pennsylvania State Championships (PSAC) were organized on February 18th, 19th, and 20th by West Chester University. For the last 22 years, these Championships were dominated by Clarion university. This year, West Chester University put an end to Clarion's reign and won their first title since 1970!
